What's your standard prices based ?
    Our standard prices are FOB Shanghai China Price in US Dollar. And we can provide you CFR or CIF Your destination port price if you need.

What's your lead time for a normal order ?  
    Usually 20 - 30 days work for a normal order.

What's your payment terms ?
    50% deposit payment with the order, 50% balance payment paid before Goods leave the factory to delivered to customer's shipping agent.

What's your Minimum Order quantity ?
    1 full containers (20' or 40) or more than $10,000.00 for LCL shipment.

What's your return policy ?
    Customer's satisfaction is our target, Sumetall is repossible for any inferior product, sumetall allows for goods to be returned within 15 days from the of receipt at destination port. A Return Authorization number must be clearly marked on the return label, please contact our after sales group for details.

What's your claim policy ?
    Claims for damaged goods or shortages must be noted on receipt at the time of delivery. We will extend every courtesy in assisting to resolve a claim. However, our legal responsibility ends when the goods have been transferred to the customers carrier or agent. Claims for concealed damage or shortages must be reported to us within five (5) days of receipt of goods. Please do not refuse shipments. Any discrepancies will be rectified by immediately calling our Customer Service Department.
